For so long, I bought into all the resolution hype, new year-me! I’d start the year enthusiastically, but soon realize the change was unsustainable. And the worst part, when I fell off my resolutions, I made it mean something about me: I wasn’t disciplined enough, motivated enough, I didn’t want it enough.
And then I tried a different approach. I started my year with an intention for how I wanted to feel. And it became my manifest-O: I manifested feeling that way and the life that comes with it!
It became less about everything I needed to DO, and more about aligning my life to feel the way I wanted to feel. And that made all the difference!
